FLUIDMECANICA was founded with the object of designing, manufacturing and marketing marine machinery, oleohydraulic controls and transmissions, and pneumatic applications. Since 1977, in response to demand from domestic and foreign markets, FLUIDMECANICA has been supplying its products in two different ways: marine machinery and pneumatic and hydraulic systems under its own exclusive designs, and special orders according to the particular requirements of each customer. This flexible approach has made FLUIDMECANICA into a market leader in the manufacture and sale of hydraulic steering gear; anchor windlasses; pneumatic controls for adjustable pitch propeller systems; hydraulic cranes; capstans; fishing winches; oceanographic machinery; hydraulic activation systems. All our products are officially recognized by the principal shipping registry offices: Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, Germanischer Lloyd, etc. To provide a more efficient service, the basis of our management philosophy, FLUIDMECANICA has recently created two sales and after-sales service offices: in Chiclana (Cádiz) and in La Coruña, the last one contributing with new products. The Vigo Plant undertakes all production processes, as well as assembly and quality control. FLUIDMECANICA also provides its equipment and high technology to the defence industry, particularly to the Spanish Navy, and is active in the field of education with modular units for teaching and educational test banks. Our R + D department supports our effort by devising new solutions, and designing new products and equipment. Our experience, service and high technology place us at the forefront of the industry. Our work goes on.
